On the other hand, the managers of subsidiary company are responsible for the running of the subsidiary. In addition, they have to spend large amount of time and energy to communicate with the head office so as to gain trust and support there and they have to harmonize the relations in every aspect. The top managers of subsidiary company are assigned by the head office. As a result, that will affect the enthusiasm of local personnel and the assigned managers can’t work securely for the sake of family and living habit.

Service Contents

We will sign an entrusted contract with the head office and provide the relevant services. Besides, we will supervise the operation of the subsidiary company and provide a third-party report regularly to the head office as required. The third-party report includes finance analysis, market competition analysis, risk analysis, implementation of some important contracts and implementation of laws and regulations. In this way, the head office can get actual and reliable information of the subsidiary company; and the subsidiary company will gain more independent rights which can improve working efficiency.

Entrusted Management of Business

We will sign an entrusted contract with an outside-of-Beijing company and manage its businesses such as business negotiation, client communication, contract management, money collection, market inspection and intellectual property protection.
